What this policy covers

This policy describes data handling by Zombie AI Generator at zombieaigenerator.com. The service creates fictional videos from two adult portraits. Use only photos you are permitted to provide, and do not upload sensitive documents or unrelated personal information.

Account and order information

Google sign-in or email/password sign-in is required before purchasing. Account records can include your name, email address, profile image, authentication-provider identifiers and session information. Email/password authentication stores a password hash rather than a readable password.

We associate uploaded photos, generation tasks, orders, payment references, delivery files and support requests with your account. Technical logs may record request metadata and error information needed to operate and protect the service.

Photo drafts and generated media

When you continue to sign-in from the generator, selected photos are saved in this browser’s local IndexedDB storage so the draft can survive the redirect. A local draft is not a public gallery entry. It may remain on the device if you abandon the process or browser storage cannot be cleared after upload. You can remove site data through your browser settings; doing so also removes local drafts.

After you sign in and continue, the photos are uploaded to private storage. During generation, fal.ai receives the story instructions and access to the two reference images through signed supplier links. Generated media is then copied to the service’s private storage. Access through this site is checked against the purchasing account.

Service providers

The service uses Google for optional Google sign-in, Stripe for hosted payments, fal.ai for AI generation, and the configured hosting and storage infrastructure, including Cloudflare where deployed. These providers process the information required for their role under their own terms and policies.

We receive payment status and transaction references but do not receive or store your full card number through the hosted checkout flow.

Storage, cookies and analytics

We use session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences and draft continuity. Optional analytics, if enabled, can process page and device usage information. Browser controls can restrict cookies or clear site data, although doing so may prevent sign-in or draft recovery.

There is no fixed 14-day media deletion rule and no promise of permanent storage. Operational, billing and support records may need to be retained separately from media. A request to remove information is handled in light of the data involved and applicable obligations; it does not imply that every third-party copy can be erased instantly.

Requests and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or request deletion of personal information. Email support@zombieaigenerator.com and identify the relevant account or order. Do not include a password, full card number or authentication token in a support message.
